It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.

It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.

Very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. Τοποθεσία ξενοδοχείου - The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. - Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small, but nice full bathroom and great water pressure
