The location is fantastic (the main attractions, museums and nicest squares are within walking distance).
The place is fabulous, brand new, extremely clean and very well designed.
The host (Irma) is absolutely adorable, she will make you feel like at home and will give you great hints in what to see and do during your stay.
The breakfast area is open at any time with free water, tea and coffee for all guests.
There's also free wifi and beatiful views of the city...

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. Highly recommended. -

The staff, Fabio and his assistant, are very friendly, and you are at

The Cervantes hostel is very well situated, 10 minutes walk to the Atocha train station and 10 minutes walk to the Puerta del Sol. Staff and owner are very kind, smart people. Bed is very comfortable, claned rooms and bathrooms, which are inside the rooms.

Room was so clean, sheets fresh and crisp, so quiet, family run hostal,
everyone including the parents pleasant and lovely. The two brothers do
a marvelous job. Our train back to Barna was not til 530 so they kept
our bags after we checked out at 9 am until about 4 when we started for

It took about 15 min by walk from the Atocha to the hostal. And it is
right opposite to the Prado Museum. For a late visit there, this could
be ideal. The room is not very small considering what usually the

The hotel is not very fancy, but has all the essentials (including wifi), and it is very clean. The location is very good as well, being close to the main museums and many popular bars and restaurants. Also, the Atocha railway station is close by, which includes an express bus to the airport which runs day and night at high frequency. In summary I would say the hotel is very good value for money indeed.

The staff was completely accommodating, friendly, and speedy. The room design was very cool: exposed brick, bunk beds, ultra modern shower, and very quiet. This is a very modern high tech design hotel. Rooms are spotless and bright, Wonderful bathroom layout and shower. Breakfast is all you could ask for with great assortment of fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, eggs, etc. Staff very competent and welcoming. The location was excellent. Retiro Park is across the street, the Prado is 5 blocks away and you can walk to Plaza Mayor in 20 minutes.
