I stayed in with my two children a 19 and a 9 years old, we have been given a family room which was big and spacious. The internet is good and the lighting wasn't bad at all. Probably everything: great location (next to a really beautiful palace in the heart of Valencia), very nice staff, comfortable rooms, and great view. - Friendlyness / efficiency of staff, very nice room (although make apoint of asking for one with the balcony doors), stunning location

Great staff! Very nice place to stay at with an amazing view of the river bed which is no more than a 100 feet away. Very close to major sight seeing sites within 20 min walks. - The hotel in a good location and the rooms are really comfortable and big.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. Service as always was excellent - Susanna at reception was very very helpful and I really felt looked after - the room was lovely too and really clean. I will definitely stay there again. - Great friendly staff,lot's of good cervecerias nearby.Easy access tocenter.Good value for money.

if people like walking as my wife and i do,from the hotel you can walk to the old city in valencia,or walk down the rambla to the science museum,seaworld etc,or even to the beach as we did,which is about 5km.to use transport there is metro underground outside hotel, taxi rank,and bus stops,also shopping centre and food shops,including mcdonalds an
