Very friendly staff. Reception open 24 hours. Very relaxed atmosphere.
I left my phone in the reception when leaving for my flight home. I rang the reception, when I got home, hoping they had it - they did and they did everything to help me get my phone back. I arranged courier to pick up and they had it packed ready for the courier - thankyou so much for the help!!

Reception staff were speaking good english, rooms were good size and well/new decoatered. also inetersting design with entry throught the bathroom, likes they had a shower for my husband and a tube that i could use. Good breakfast.
Unfortunatly, we didn't had time to try the spa, i undestood it is very good and prices were reasonable for what i saw

Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. Jordi was great and a wonderful representative of this hotel. -

The hotel is situated just 5 minutes from the beach and the metro.
The stop of Bus Turistic is just on the next street.
There are many small food shops not far from the hotel.
The view from the windows is great (even if you live on the 3rd floor).
The stuff was great! Very helpful!

This was my second stay at the hotel this year and the hotel provides everything I need. Staff were lovely always very helpful. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location. the room was lovely and spacious as well as clean and well kept. the hotel bar was open until 1am every night which was handy and the pool on the top floor was a really great luxury ! - views from rooftop terrace were excellent.great location.staff left you to your own devices.free coffee and croissants left out side your room.decent mix of people.
