The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent
when it comes to sightseeing, Bars and Restaurants. The room was
spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Overall, we were satisfied
with our stay. -

If you like to spend a lot of time relaxing in the baths, then this is
the ideal place: after a long day walking around the sights of Cordoba
you can slip downstairs from your room and spend a relaxing hour or so
in the warm, hot and cold baths. The location is very central but in a
quiet street. -

Good location, pretty room with small balcony.
Taxi to bus and train station only 6 E.
Staff was very friendly, basic continental breakfast - Room and hotel nicely decorated for its price. Very conveniently situated for the tourist centre.

I am really grateful to Esther, the staff member. We had some
complications with coming before 10 pm but there was no problem with the
check-in a bit later. Unfortunately we also had some stomach illness and
some of us could stay a few hours longer after the check-out time. The

good quality of stay. -
We were given very good information about Cordoba on our arrival which
is more than I would expect from a hotel. The hotel is charming and the
staff very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean and
comfortable. Breakfast was available for 3 euros but we had an early
appointment so were unable to try it. The location is excellent. We hope
to visit Cordoba again and would definitely stay in this hotel.

The pensione is central, quiet, clean and comfortable. The air con was a pleasant respite from 39 degree temp outside for a mid afternoon siesta. The hosts were friendly and pleasant although we were new to Spain and they had little English we didn't converse much. Entry was by ringing the doorbell which was good for security but made us feel awkw

We stayed 1 night in Pension el Portillo and the room was perfect for that time. It is a rather small family-run business in a very good location (around 5 mins walk from La Mosquita and Alcazar), clean and comfortable, with a lovely owner. I would not choose it for longer stay (3-4 days) but it was perfect for 1 night.

where to eat at a reasonable price and places to visit and kindly marked
these for us on a map. The rooms were nice and airy and very clean. They
also served free tea and coffee between 4pm and 9pm which I thought was

Lovely little courtyard oasis in the centre of the Hostal, small room but well laid out, and a fresh clean decor and comfortable bed. I was in one of the 4 rooms which face each other above the courtyard which meant the noise and privacy aspects concerned me on arrival but it turned it to be very quiet in the evening, nearly all the guests seemed to be in bed at 11pm. The free tea/coffee and cake put out in the afternoon was a lovely touch and really appreciated. Check in was friendly and effic

We booked a romm with shared bathroom, the bathroom was out of the room and the bathroom was basic but pretty clean.
