  We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great.   Central location at the heart of the city and yet no traffic noise. Room was comfortable - well worth paying for the sitting room. Best choice of TV channels I've had in the Balearics. The courtyard was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff were discreet but friendly when needed. - The hotel is set within an historic palace that oozes character. It also has a lovely central courtyard where guests can take breakfast. One of its big pluses is its location - in a quiet pedestrianised street within a short walk of all of Palma's principal sights - including the cathedral - its main shopping area and the historic quarter which is home to many restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

  Location, location, location. Both bedrooms we booked were spacious with a balcony.I had concerns because one of our party is in a wheelchair and i had asked for our room to be near hers and it was. we were near the lift and access was great.   The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities one would expect from a four star hotel; it was quite clean and well appointed.   We found the staff to be extremely helpful; they had arranged an early check-in and acted promptly when we had a problem with the room safe. Breakfast at the Palladium was varied, plentiful and good - and the dining room staff were efficient and friendly. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. The room was a good size ( at least twice as big as we had recently in Barcelona at the same price ) Bathroom excellant with Power shower . Although on the edge of the town it's only 10 min's walk to everything . Very nice quality Bedding ! Breakfasts are good with a reasonable choice of cereals , cold meats

The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

  Really beautifully designed hotel, exterior and the public areas. Very cool. About a 15 min walk to the marina and wonderful contemporary art gallery and 10 min to the shopping area or restaurants, so out of the centre, but near enough. Rooms well equipped and designed quite funky, very zen all white, and single room perfect size, excellent shower... τι λέει ο κόσμος » , cool basin. Free WiFi. All in all excellent, and would happily stay again. Lovely rooftop chill out and pool area, with great views of the mountains - It is a beautiful hotel with great design which is close to the spirit of the island. In 10-min walking distance from the old town. The staff was very kind making an early check-in after I arrived with a night flight. I stayed in a single room and loved the clever way how space was used - though it was not big, it gave an impression of space and you where comfortable moving anywhere, including shower :)
