  Central location at the heart of the city and yet no traffic noise. Room was comfortable - well worth paying for the sitting room. Best choice of TV channels I've had in the Balearics. Continental breakfast offered a lovely choice of fruit, cheeses, meats, bread and pastries as well as juices with freshly made coffee and the decadent touch of Cava... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ! The courtyard was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff were discreet but friendly when needed. - The hotel is set within an historic palace that oozes character. It also has a lovely central courtyard where guests can take breakfast. One of its big pluses is its location - in a quiet pedestrianised street within a short walk of all of Palma's principal sights - including the cathedral - its main shopping area and the historic quarter which is home to many restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

  Το γεγονος οτι στην reception μιλουσαν αγγλικα εν αντιθεση με τους υπολοιπους κατοικους της μαγιορκας.   Good location if you want to see Palma, but far from the sea, so you will need to take the bus, which is very easy as the bus system is great in Mallorca. The rooms are very clean with a very good AC in it. The breakfast is ok, but can be better choice of food for breakfast, at least eggs. The staf is very friendly.   Very clean and quite place.Room was cleaned daily.Helpful and polite staff especially the short, lean guy at the reception who looks a bit like Andres Iniesta and stays at the reception in day shift on weekdays. Bus stop to get down when coming from Placa de Esapana ( bus nu - The staff is friendly, the location is nice and convenience, which is near supermarket , bus stop , restaurants and cafeteria. The bathroom and bedroom are clean. When we saw the room at the first time, we were a little bit disappointed because everything is too simple. But after 1 night, we considered that the budget is pretty friendly and the bedroom is so comfortable. And then we didn't expected the housekeeper was clean the room every morning. We are satisfied.
