  Right in the middle of the Gothic district, we walked to most of the great sights in Barcelona! The room was very basic (clean, very firm bed and a clean bathroom with a great shower!) There was a lift and a nice entry area with a beverage vending machine. We had room 308 at the end of the hall. This can be noisy in the wee hours of the night due to party goers coming back from the discos (and even a drunk old neighbor com - Great hotel and location in the heart of Barcelona old town (Barri Gotic), very clean and comfortable (rooms cleaned every day, spotless!), in fact cleaner than a lot of the 3 star hotels I've stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff. I cannot fault this hotel and will book again. Highly recommended!!!

  The staff are extremely friendly, always smiling and willing to help, the rooms were cleaned every day, they made us feel very welcome and clearly made an effort for us to be comfortable.   The location of the pension couldnt be more perfect. In 10-15 min walk, you'r at the beach and in 2 min, u're at La Rambla Street. The pension is located in a small alley so it is very quiet. The room was simple but clean. The air condition, which is a must in Barcelona in July, worked perfectly. In conclusion, it is a great value/money hotel. We loved our stay - We stayed twice in a room with private bathroom and will be coming back for sure. The hotel is extremely nice: the design is simple, but very nice, in white and blue tones, the bed was extremely comfortable, rooms had a small balcony, the bathroom was clean and neat, the reception was friendly and helpful. It is 2 min walk from Las Ramblas and Columbus. All in all, you get much more than you are paying for. 10 out of 10.

  The hotel had a lot of charm. It was clean (clean towels daily and beds changed during a 5 night stay), a great shower with plenty of very hot water, comfy beds and heating!
