  Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... τι λέει ο κόσμος » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Other than that the only issue we had was hot water which alex kindly remedied. Location was good for the sagreda familia but a bit of walk to las ramblas but no major i

  This apartment is amazing with tons of space. It is very well decorated and we felt really safe in the area and the apartments. Marc greeted us and explained all we needed to know about the apartment and left a booklet with information about the apartment and the surrounding area. - Hello! This apartment was just amazing.   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted.   Apartment was in a great location, very handy for metro/tram/buses. Apartment 4-2 was ideal for our family of 5, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The supermarket being close by as well as some great restaurants and cafes was a big plus.
