Very helpful and friendly personal. Easy to find and central. Had everything I needed; comfortable bed, good size locker, warm shower, clean kitchen, good coffee and wifi. Good value for the money. -

The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. The bathroom facilities were modern and nice, and shower was amazing! We arrived early (1pm) and were able to check straight in and use our room (not meant to be avai

Staff were always helpful and friendly and were good at "remembering the guests faces".
The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Her reputation on trip-adviser is well justified - she is a real credit to the hotel.The cleaning staff were accommodating when it came to access for room tidying etc.Good location close to Monumental underground station and local cafes etc.

The front desk was a lot of help and said exactly where to go. They are helpful and accommodating.
Free wifi and a computer to use for free too.
Free breakfast of croissants, cereal, and coffee.
The other guest are nice, friendly, and respectful. I stayed for 5 nights and never had troubles getting to sleep.
Showers are clean too and a cleaning lady cleans the entire hostel daily.

That place so close to Casa Batillo, my room was so small, but
comfortable and clean. Service was super polite, speak many languages, I
can speak with them english, spanish and even russian. Big thanks to a
girl in reception Katya. Super polite, super kind, told me where to go,
what to visit at that time and really is so so nice person. I can
imagine who is the boss of hotel if they have such a wonderful staff!

The hostel is brand new and very cozy and clean and modern design. I booked online for 1 night but extended my stay for 3 more. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They give you great information about what to. The recommendations on food and music was awesome. I love my stay and will definitely stay at there again. -

We loved the size of the room and all It's facilities (washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, ...). The room was clean and check in was really easy. There was also a little booklet explaining everything in the room and a welcome bottle of cava. The huge selection of travel guides was also a great bonus and helpfull in planning our daytrips. -

Like goosedown pillows, beautiful glassware for wine. etc. Full laundry, with washing liquid provided was very helpful. Lots of books on Barcelona provided. Superb appartment - not cheap, but worth the money spent.
