Overall atmosphere in the place. - Staff was very polite and helpful! Room very clean. Not far from city center, next to metro station. I would recommend to everyone.   I stayed at the hotel for a conference in Barcelona, and I was very happy with my stay. The room wasn't huge, but it had a king-size bed. Everything was kept immaculately clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice small hotel almost in the centre of Barcelona, within one metro stop from the Sants railway station.   The staff there were extremely helpful, at arrival they gave us maps of Barcelona and a lot of tips of places to see, including many places not well known as tourist sites but turned out to be amazing! the Hostal was really clean and the room was cleaned everyday along with new towels. The staff were exceptional!! We travel a lot and I have never had such helpful friendly staff. The room we stayed in was small but the way they have designed the rooms they have been able to maximize the space and was very comfortable. The rooms are new and a beautiful modern design, comfortable beds, nice shower and great a/c! Everything about this place was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here to everyone!

  The apartment was lovely. Nice little balconies overlooking a park. Plenty of space. We were very happy to have the kitchen facilities, and the price was the same as a regular hotel. The location was wonderful, just a couple of blocks north of the University.   Rooms are built within an appartement building giving you the feeling of having your own city loft. We had room 4 with a spacious patio overlooking the university building. Beautiful combination of old tile floors with authentic design. Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work). Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held.
