We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. Everything, the place was just great. Good location, on the 7th floor I could see the whole city and sierra nevada. Great room, I strongly recommend this hotel. - I loved the view from the terrace as I swam in the pool and ate in the restaurant. The food and service were excellent, including the desk service.

The size of the room and bathroom was excellent. Very spacious, especially for a 3-adult triple room. The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.

We were upgraded to asuite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such along drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tuckedaway, but well worth it. Design and look are very classy with a pinch of pink for the energy. Room was very comfortable with fluffy fluffy pillows. Location is excellent as it is city centre, practically a few steps away from the main attraction. Wifi is super fast and with a very good coverage throughout the hotel. Staff is professional and sophisticated.
