Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. -

Unforgettable holidays with my friends at this very central apartment! We recommend it because it is a large apartment with a spectacular large windows, large rooms and everything was very clean. Apartment located in a very quiet residential area. Floor windows are beautiful. The location and modernity of the apartment is the best. The staff who took the management of the reserve was very welcoming and friendly. We prefer to take the subway to save time, although occasionally prefer to walk to know the area in which we were staying.

Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup. We were 6 girls. We had stayed at Eric Vokel for 1 week. Everything was great and we were really comportable and feel like a home. This apartments are really clean and have all equipment what we need. And there are two bathroom that's really good ıf you stay more than 3 people.
Well located, Hotel is really near Sagrada familia and just 10-15 mins to La rambla by walks.
The Kitchen is really nice, we had our breakfast at our apartment. It was really good ıf you dont wanna spent much money.

The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend.

Everything. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. This was the second time we stayed here and we will be staying there again in the Fall. Liked the bunk beds for the kids even though the ladder was a little hard to climb for my son.

Penthouse with four beds overlooking the city, everything in the suite was brand new, used the kitchen to make a great meal for four adults. - Located at La Rambla, great for taking a walk. We liked a lot the location of the hotel, 2 metro stops away from the city center. We received what we expected, a nice, tiny room for 2 people. Come on, we are not in Barcelona for stay in the hotel room. However it had a big terrace which would have been very nice if we would visit the city during summer. I absolutely loved staying here. The decor is amazing, very modern! Rooms are of a good size with breakfast included. The location is also good, station Diagonal is a 5 min walk away and las ramblas is a 25 min walk away. Set in a very good area near Gucci and Chanel shops. Staff are amazing and spoke good english! Definately recommend staying here.
