Excellent price for what you get, nice room, clean, staff friendly, beds huge and comfortable. Ask for a room with a balcony and high up as views are nice. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.

The location was good, in the Eixample district - 10 mins walk from Passieg de Gracia Railway Station, so we took train from airport T.2 - only took 25 mins and costs 3.5 euros each. I can highly recommend this trendy hotel.The staff are friendly and knowledgable, rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view over the city, from our balcony, plus a nespresso machine. Breakfast was excellent and this was leisure combined with business. We stayed in this 4 star hotel for leisure and thereafter went to a 5 star hotel where our conference were, but this 4 star hotel was much better than the 5star. Thus don't let the stars confuse you!
