  The hotel was what I would consider a 5 star. The decor were very modern, very comfortable, immaculate. The shower was spacious and had three different shower heads. A nice touch for the weary traveler.   It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. One of the reception staff even phoned her mother who was taking part in a procession for holy week to see where it was so we could go and watch. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The waiters are exceptionally nice.
