Fantastic building in great location and staff couldn't do enough to help. In the time it took me to settle in to room the owner had drawn a map with everything to see including bars and restaurants for the evening. Great place to stay right in the historic centre and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. -

Located in the center of down town. Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Heating was ok which was very important due to 2 deg outside. -

I found four toffees waiting for me on the bedside table upon arrival, something I wouldn´t expect from a budget hotel

Location, location, location!! :-) Next to the Plaza Mayor (but not so
easy to find!, Bring a map of the area). Staff is really helpful,
available 24/7. We had a quiet room in the backyard. I think this is
better during weekends, since the front part has lots of bars and can be
noisy. There are some 20 steps to get to the lobby, then lift to rooms

Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. -
The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

Wonderful location, right in the old city, only steps away from the Plaza Mayor and the University, where I needed to be to attend a conference. Charming room with a balcony that overlooked the street and literally gave us a "window" into life in Salamanca. Very nice, accommodating and helpful front-desk staff, and very nice breakfast buffet. - I

Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped suite. Lovely shower. Excellent and fast, free internet access, Lan cable was provided. Convenient location for walking to town. Students very friendly, great atmosphere. -
staff was very accommodating and it is very easy to go around Salamanca given the location of Residencia Universitaria Hernan Cortes. Also

Very helpful staff (all of them speak English, which is not always the case in Spain), clean rooms, just a few metres away from the main square (Plaza Mayor). Good breakfast and cooking facilities to make your own meals if you want to.

Arrival on motorcycles was interesting with no close parking. However we were directed to a secure garage which was not too far to walk to (15-20 minutes). Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and our room was fine with a small balcony. The position was perfect with Plaza Mayor being about 5 minutes walk and brekky was very reasonable. All g

The Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, shops and historical sites. Everything you need is close by. The staff were warm and lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The WiFi didn't work in our room though so we had to sit in the main lounge when using the internet.

staff, breakfast and being in the center of the city - I got a room with a great view of the San Sebastian Church. The hotel is very lovely and rooms are comfortable. The location is simply great! Must stay if you are at Salamanca.
