The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend.

Everything. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. Quiet place if no sport matches take place on the stadium near by. The interior was very nice, cleaners cleaned every morning and it looked fresh every time we came back from the beach. The apartment was well-equiped (microwave coffee maker), rooms were comfortable. The balcon is very big.

It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is also very cheap. It has leather dining chairs, sofa, flat tv, fully equipped kitchen, etc.

Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. -

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Both room and bathroom were in excellent condition, and although on a busy street balcony doors and curtains ensured a comfy dark and quiet night's rest.

I just loved this apartment, which was on the second floor of this building (or third of you're American). As an apartment building with a reception area (which is quite rare in my experience), it was super convenient. Andrea speaks English superbly, spent time with us to explain the apartment and how to best see the city and even arranged our taxi out to the airport when we left. She even waved us off! Lovely!
