Brilliant location - right in front of the train station, direct to Barajas, at the same time close to all sightseeing, easy walkable distance and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Our room was overlooking the Royal Palace. Beds are comfortable enough, very nice décor in the room, big bathroom. Fantastic value for money -

easy to reach to. Scenery from 6th floor was very good looking towards
Casa de Campo park. Room was nice and tidy and the bed was ok to sleep.
Some small restaurants are nearby and the old centrum incl. The Royal
Palace are not too far away by foot.

Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient.
Spa was nicely equipped.

The hotel location could not be beat. The breakfast was good and plentiful and was served until 11am. The hotel also had check-out times as late as 3pm. -
Clean, quiet and comfortable room with plenty of space to move around. Older hotel but reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was acceptable.

Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

Very good located. Near of public transportation (Callao metro station). Near to the moust important sightseeings. On the oposit side is a supermarket on the underground level from a shopping mall (you can find here glutenfree products too) and nearby a lot of little restaurants. Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Wifi in the room was patchy but it didn't really matter as

Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.
