  The apartment was great for a group of 6 people (2 couples and 2 friends). It was situated perfectly for shopping and eating. It was easy to find and communication with the staff was excellent as well. If you not use to city life, then this may not be for you.   The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. The location was great, but it was a 5-8 minute walk from where we had to pick up our key, so it was a haul because we had a TON of luggage and 2 people in their 70s.   Location was the best right in the gothic area in the Placa San Jaume square. I loved the attic room . Very spacious and the terrace was to die for. Bed was a wee bit hard but not an issue.   Very comfortable, modern, well equipped, private and clean accommodation. Any staff that we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The location of the apartment was excellent and very central to all the tourist/shopping locations. Would recommend to both young and mature couples. One terrace is with the view to the sunrise side, the second and bigger terrace has the view to sunset side. This flat is more than enough for two people. We'll book it again definitely.

Appt was clean and much larger for our family than the hotel rooms we have used before. Children enjoyed the space and able to relax so much more. Plently of small tapa'sbars near by.
