The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. for me the noise was not bad. - This hotel is just fine for me. The room is so clean, nice, and comfortable and the most important is its cheap cost. The staff are so friendly and when I ask more hours before checking out, they just permitted it. I will definitely stay there if I visit Madrid again

I have stayed at thisw hotel numerous times over the past 15 years. I like the fact it is an apartment with a small kitchen, a spacious living room, adequate bedroom and a bath. While it is simple and some may say sparse in decor, it is fairly priced, the staff is great, the location is convenient and away from the noisy and overly crowded downt

We liked the fact that we felt independent - that we could do our own thing and not be restricted by meal times etc. The Plaza Basilica was booked to allow us to get to the Bernabeu and in to the city centre and in this respect it proved an admirable choice. We would undoubtedly choose it again for a similsr trip.

A modest but impeccable little place. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location couldnt be better, near a crucial tube station to go to central Madrid and equally connected to reach to the airport.

This is a centrally situated hostal, within easy reach of many attractive parts of Madrid. It is very clean and comfortable, with a particularly good bathroom. Breakfast (continental) is also very good. The staff are courteous and friendly, and very helpful. Altogether an excellent budget hostal - thoroughly recommendable. -
