I stayed at this hotel for almost a month. The staff is excellent...very courteous and helpful. The rooms and other common areas are maintained in excellent and clean condition. I would love to stay here again in the future. - service and privacy

The Receptionist were very nice especially named; Ignacio, Martha and Christina Hervasc.
The Cleaning Staff was very helpful and friendly while providing us with all of out needs.
Great Location; Near the metro and other main streets but at the same time quite and off to the side. -

Hotel was recently opened so everything looked brand new and spotlessly clean. Ibis Budget is a standard budget concept. Once you have stayed in one branch you know what you will get the next time.

It's an ultra-modern hotel with quiet rooms, not too far from the metrostation Suanzes which gets you to the city centre in +/- 15 minutes - 4 star hotel , that was veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy goooooooooodddd

Although it was far from the center of the city, the metro stop was right outside the door of the hotel, so it was convenient to get to wherever we wanted to go. Everything was great--this was an excellent hotel. - The people were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice. Thesubway is 5 metters down the hotel and goes straight to the center

ruhiges Hotel, freundliche Bedienung, Zimmer sauber, gut gelegen. Bus vor der Tür, Metro zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt, 1o Min zu Fuß.

This hotel is excellent for location and comfort at a very reasonable price. We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. The metro station is situated with 2-3 minutes walk. Free parking is just outside the hotel. If you wish to have a more secure / private parking, the hotel could provide. The hotel is just between the city centre and the airport. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.

Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes). Very polite staff and good atmosphere. - Very good business

Fantastic, comfortable, quiet and very helpful staff. Bargain price even for Valentine's weekend. Fairly close to Metro station for easy access to central Madrid. - the service and the restaurant and also was very clean hotel with good price

This was the most comfortable bed of our trip! I wish we could have packed it up and taken it with us...
We only stayed here one night after arriving in Madrid at the very beginning of our trip. We can't comment on the location for exploring the area, but it was quite easy to get there from the airport and the metro station is right beside it whic

The location is perfect, you can even walk into the city if you don't take the metro. The bed was comfortable. Good breakfast for the price in a nice room with a view.Friendly staff. We got a room with window to the atrium and it was very quiet.

The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro. It is quiet, has good service, excellent breakfast
