The hotel is a little jewel in the middle of the old town, just behind
the Alcazar and the Cathedral, overlooking a beautiful little cobbled
square, lined with orange trees. It doesn't get any more central

The situation of the hotel is unique. Close to the entrance of the Alcazar, it faces a small, lovely, quiet square. The roof top terrace gives you the best view of the famous Giralda clock tower of the Cathedral. Breakfast in the morning and drinks at night are served on the roof top terrace. The staff made our family visit to Seville worthwile. Absolutelyfantastic staff we found in Spain. They helped us both at theappartments and at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.

Its the hostel with great friendly atmosphere, so you fell like a part of family - many thanks to the guys who run the hostel for it! Everyday you can join the free walking tour in the city and the location is the best - few steps away from the Cathedral and 5min waking from the city center. The evening you can spend on the open terrace on the roof, drinking you mojito from an unusual glass, chatting and having magnificent view ovir the illuminated Cathedral.

Actually after the first night, I wanted to leave but my wife convinced me to use ear plugs. And we stayed 4 nights even though the room was small. But the hotel is a typical charming little cozy building, at the entrance of the great Santa Cruz sector, a walking distance to the Cathedral and just above a lively resto, pub and street. So expect noise at night.
