Welcome- The helpfulness regarding where we could find free parking in
the area and allowing us to leave our bags even though we'd arrived
early. Location- Away from the most touristy area but less than 100
paces to an early morning dip in the sea! Plenty of choice nearby for
eating out. Facilities- Appeared to be recently re-fitted shower room

The location couldn't be better: on the edge of the old town, a 5-
minute walk from the beach and right next to the tourist information
office, the tourist train stop and the bus stop for Barcelona. Our twin
room was basic and bright, with air conditioning, a big en suite
bathroom and a balcony overlooking the quiet car park area with the sea

choice, and there were loads of nice restaurants nearby. The staff were

The hotel in whole is very nice and clean. It'is running by one family and you can even feel its atmosphere.
The location is very good: just across the road - bus stop (buses depart and arrive to and from Barcelona, Figueres, Girona etc), and not so far from one of the city's beaches.
I think this hotel is the best in the centre of La Escala to discover the most beautiful beaches outside the city (Mistral club beach as well).
And, of course, I must say about breakfast. It is quiet perfect!

The hotel is basic but clean, well located (you can go to Empuries and
St Marti the Empuries in 30 minutes) and cheap (we payed 42 euros for
double room). The staff is very nice and what we really liked - they
give you residence card and with this card you pay only 1 euro fot the
parking for the whole day. -

No curfew. You can hold the key.Felt like your own apartment. It was
quiet. Perfect location close to restaurants and bars. No laundry
fscilities, so Lucia the manager washed my clothes at her apartment free
of charge snd returned all in the same day. Also...as there was no air
conditioning, upon request, Lucia provided me with a fan immediately a

Garage for safe bike storage at no cost,friendly family staff run,cheap as chips, right in center of old town 5 min walk to many restaurants. paid by card. -
The owners were very friendly, and made us feel welcome. The location was great- in the old part of town, near to everything.Good value for money.
