We were there for 2 nights and the hotel was excellent .The car was
parked for me and was outside waiting when we were checking out.In a
lovely area with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a 20 minute
walk to the Alhambra following the hotels directions,NOT Googles. As
the Alhambra overlooks the city, if you do not like walking then public
transport etc is advisable as it is quite hilly for the last half of
the walk and would not suit every body.As we only used the hotel as a

The size of the room and bathroom was excellent. Very spacious, especially for a 3-adult triple room. Very central to everything although very noisy at night with studentsgathering in street outside at 3.00am and making a lot of noise. We loved our time at Gran via 44, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the suite itself was top class, clean and beautiful, heaps of room for the whole family, they helped us with parking also which was excellent. We ordered breakfast which was beautiful also. 10/10 from us... and the beds were the best - we have stayed in over 10 hotel

Our unit was a 2 bedroom apartment that was Clean, Modern and Large!
Nice toiletries, fancy toilet, and good shower. Great full kitchen
with microwave and basic dishes,etc. Comfortable beds and best
pillows. Heated towel bar! Good location and easy cab ride to Alhambra
or walk to restaurants and shopping. Safe area on busy street. We were
able to store our luggage until our train to Seville. 2 bedroom good

There was a man on reception during the day who was always very helpful and pleasant and a lady on the night desk the same and the restaurant staff were very nice as well.
