  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel.   We had a great reception by Patricia. Was shown the apartment and the facilities and then given information and maps of what to do locally. The recommendations of where to eat were great. Wonderfully located in the historic area of Granada. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace of the Alhambra. Great place to sit and relax. A beautiful vista of the Alhambra from the roof-top terrace (don't expect to have a good view from your window). We could also recommend the restaurant run by the family at 10 minutes walking distance.

  Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy.   Decent location and great staff. Rafael was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of good advice, including where to eat and what to see in Granada. The room and the bathroom were both very spacious and very comfortable. - The location was excellent. The owners very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to others.
