Casa Grande Surf Hostel is 20 metres from El Médano Beach and 10 minutes’ drive from Tenerife South Airport. It offers free Wi-Fi, a furnished chill-out terrace and surf equipment hire. Accommodation is in bunk beds in mixed dormitory rooms. Each bright dormitory has a wardrobe and a shared bathroom with showers. There is a communal kitchen for guest use, as well as a dining room, TV lounge and games room. The hostel has an on-site minimarket and a laundry room. Free internet is available on the computers in the internet zone. The hostel offers 24-hour reception and there is free parking nearby.

Very good location (right in the centre of El Médano, near the beach, lots of good restaurants and cafes around), the hostel was very clean and comfortable with pleanty of places to meet other travellers (big kitchen, room with sofas downstairs and a roof-top area). But it was quiet during the night so there is no problem with getting a good night sleep. The WiFi works nicely. The breakfast is simple (toast, jam, coffee, tea) but you can always go to the shop near the hostel to get some fresh b.
