Everything was spotless, food good and plentiful, close to the beach - staff very friendly and helpful, room comfy would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in room.

We were on 27th floor lovely view of the sea. At night lovely views of the lights of benidorm. Modern apartments with all facilities really comfortable. Reception very helpful. Everywhere spotless. Good sized pool. -

Great hotel. the rooms are excellent so clean and comfortable. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious. The free wifi in the rooms is a nice touch. - hotel staff very f

Good choice at breakfast and dinner. Pleasant bar with entertainment andreasonable drink prices. Quiet location but near to town centre. - Everything. Room was lovely, staff were excellent and the food was nice. Would stay there again its an excellent **** hotel.

The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English.
The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies.
Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay.
Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made.
We stayed half board so had our evening meal

Very clean and friendly staff and cheap. We wanted a one night stay and many Benidorm hotels do not do that. We would stay again but in a different room. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.

great location for old town beach and night life, accomodation basic the towels and bedding changed as stated when booking .The staff were all spanish but had no problem when booking in and out when we had a small problem with shower hose they sorted it out without fuss and were very helpfull.already booked this accomodation again for april 2014

arranged refund of 150 Euro bond promptly. Lots of hot water.
Supermarket across the rd. Just the right distance from the bars or the
old town, no need for taxis. We'll lit, secure. Good value for

the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean
and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. -

Very good facilities in apartment. I emailed before hand and asked for
high floor. Was allocated a huge corner apartment with a massive wrap
around balcony and a view to die for. It was spotless and very
