The location, the food especially the home prepared and cooked lunch time menu.The friendliness of all of the staff particularly Rosaba. The room we had was small but adequate, with flat screen tv, airconditioner, and huge wardrobe. The whole place was immaculately clean. Will definitely be returning sooner rather than later. The home made food at hostal irati is amazing, and tapas with the drinks. The people are super friendly, the wifi is great and the airconditioning works perfect. The tv got a hdmi input, through which we watched movies downloaded on our phone.

The Irati was for us far better than any of the big impersonal Hotels so we will return soon. Ideal location, super friendly staff and immaculate. Had breakfast and an evening meal and they were delicious. Room cleaned every day and towels replaced. Wifi was really good. Would deffo stay here again. Great service. Very friendly people and the hotel is laying next to the shopping streets. But You do not have any troubles off noise. Parking is just 5 minutes walk. Thanks for the kindly service!. I loved Hostal Irati, very friendly people, very nice atmosphere, comfort, very clean with a small balcony. Ideal location, close to the beach, town center, but also away from the clubs and noise. we were staying with a young child and were upgraded to the Attic room/suite at no extra charge, needless to say the extra space was much appreciated! Location was also first class. A jewel in the crown of Benidorm. A stone's throw from the beach. Small and friendly. Good food. In the old town a very pleasant stay. Excellent value for money. Best kitchen in town, great location, warm and familiar atmosphere, kind and always helpful owners: you can not have wish which they will not fulfill. Comfort Friendliness Clean. Location. The hotel was bang in the middle of the old town. Staff were friendly. Venue was generally clean. Food provided (both breakfast and paid for dinner) was good. I liked everything about the place when I first arrived. See over for the follow up. Nothing except having to go home. Nothing to dislike. TV all Spanish (wasn't there to watch the tv though). Didn't like the shower, felt claustrophobic in it (room 2) and a bit more light in bathroom would of been nice. Can be noisy at night but that's normal in Benidorm. Breakfast slightly limited in choice but acceptable due to low cost of room. A bit narrow bed. Breakfast is limited and monotonous (toasted roll) coffee and fresh orange juice everyday. This is a fact but we knew from other reviews so no complaint. Breakfast big let down.. Very limited Croissant or toast with jam Coffee and orange juice Hardly a variety or nutritional start to the day. A little maintenance required in room towel rail fell off wall in bathroom and somebody had wrenched handle on room door detaching handle from door but was being repaired the day we left. Non great hotel. cant say i disliked anything. going home. The fact i couldnt stay longer. Shower was broken and looked like it had been broken for a long time. There was only 1 key for 2 people, we were 2 friends and this made the holiday more complicated than it should have been. There was no possibility of getting a 2nd key which wasn't very customer friendly. After the initial friendliness of the staff at check in and drinks at the bar, I soon realised it wasn't all it seemed. Because we decided not to eat at the hostal(Spanish spelling)/hotel, the friendliness soon wore off.
