όλα τα σχόλια » A location central to resort amenities but also close to beach. A lovely outlook/view to seaward, with vista along the coast southwards. The apartment was spacious for family use, fully appointed, comfortable, and a nice enclosed balcony with several full-width sliding patio doors. Windows 'mirrored' for privacy. Nice pool and sun-lounge area. Four lifts, wash-room etc. Excellent friendly front-desk staff, and the room-attendant was also most friendly and helpful. Traveled with my elderly in laws nights were quite cold Thank goodness we stayed here !! The staff were fantastic providing extra blankets there is hot and cold air con a gas fire lots of hot water . Everything that one could need. Apartment was spacious with a large balcony , clean and towels changed often , central location . Absolutely FANTASTIC !!!!. Great location, lovely and spacious apartment, good kitchen facilities, exp. Kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, full sized oven and hob, a shower that worked !! The view from the balcony was delightful, all the lights of the main street at night, and view of the sea during the day, loved it. There was nothing to dislike. Everything was in order and was to the standard we have come to expect from the managers of the apartments. There is no relaxing of the reasonably high standards encountered when staying at Vina Del Mar. There was five of us staying there was ample room for all of us The apartment was clean and well equipped.We will all be back .The staff where friendly and very helpful. An overall great place to stay, next time I come to Benidorm I will defiantly be using them again. Great value for money good location and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the size of the apartments + the veranda was perfect. Location was good. Central location, near beach, shops and market. Lifts although small were always readily available. the location was excellent. location, lifts , space. having to go back to england. Not much really. The apartments as a whole would seem to date from approximately the late 1960's and some aspects reflect this, E.G. some door-locks broken etc. However for the price we paid we easily overlooked these very minor issues. No complaints, we have stayed at the apartments before and will do so again as they are very well managed. Just a little tired looking, front door could do with a better lock. the only complaint I could make was there was some upkeep needed on the apartment (i.e bathroon door damaged by water, lose tile in ensuite). Apartments dated. Open walkways at height - very dangerous. No pool bar or facility for food / drinks on site. Pool very cold as sun rarely shines on it. Wifi only available at entrance foyer. Not the nicest part of town if you're not there for drinking. Old town is much nicer and a 20 min walk away. leaving. The only thing i was not liking was when the cleaning staff was gone they only left one roll of toilet paper for 2 days :). Nothing not to like. our apartment could sleet up to 6 people, but there is only on bathroom/shower. there are 2 wc but this could have been turned into a shower. only downside was towels only changed once A week. Air conditioning could be a lot better. Only in one room and set at one temperature for just ten minutes at a time. Having to pay extra to be checked in late after their 22.00 deadline,most hotels/apartments are 24/7 receptioned.. The mattresss were uncomfortable. Not much sun during the day at the pool. The shower was poor. water came from tap and shower, not a good flow. An additional towel change during the week would have been helpful. The towels only changed once a week. Pool was shaded all day, only 1 shower in 2 bed apartment. Nothing. Noisy. Cold in February. Uncomfortable beds. Low floor = Mosquitos Late arrival fee. The door enterance left unlocked on a number of occasions at night and during the day didnt feel secure. No bar by pool. the jacuzi was out of order. Being on the 9th floor. No bar by the pool. The water in hot tub was never changed for the week we were there, it was filthy. The apartment is in need of a painting and the cutlery, kettle etc seem very dated. Towels were only changed once in 6 days. Pool too cold. Balcony windows wouldn't close. Cleaner left balcony door wide open when there is a sign saying they don't take responsibility for ant thefts or losses. However it is on a main road so chances of being burgled via the Windows are very slim. not at all keen on the apartment needs up grading desperately. TV was good with all the channels in english. intermittent front door, locked unlocked,security wise.
