This is a brand new hostel, you can literally smell the paint from the walls
very nice and large common area
it is located perfectly, very close to some famous Gaudi houses and Catalunya square. A railwaystatioj connecting to the airport is a 5 minute walk, the tube station is even less
WiFi works fine (watched a live stream w/o any interruptions)

I am pleased to tell that our family were very happy for the stay. The hotel stuff was reasonable friendly, but it was enough, all our questions were answered. The place is just great, you could easily reach Sagrada Familia or la Rambla by foot. The kitchen was clean an cauzy.

The apartment truly is centrally located which is great if you're in
Barcelona to see the city. It was easy to find and the check in was
simple. Judit explained exactly how to get to there when we called ahead
from the airport. Olav was waiting for us just outside the door and the
address was well-marked. He was very helpful in pointing out sights

Excellent apartment - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. It was well equipped, very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Excellent location too in a quiet back street that's easy walking to La Rambla, the Old City, Port and the beach. It's right by the Universitat metro stop (no more than 5 mins walk away) and the metro itself, so easy to use. Our first time staying at a serviced apartment and we'll definitely be doing it again based on our experience here.

It is so close to La Rambla and the tourist bus route. The staff were extremely helpful. There was a good choice of food at breakfast. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is well located at the top of La Rambles. The room was small but adequate. It had the normal bathroom amenitities including a hairdryer. It was cleaned regularly.
