As there is no receptionist I telephoned the contact no. Stated on my booking and was met and shown around the security door and lift facilities. l was pleasantly surprised once I entered the apartment. The facilities and decor were good. Excellent apartment in a perfect location just a half block from La Rambla. Apartment was very nice, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Had a lift and seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Located on a quiet side street, but close to stores, restaurants, and the great La Boqueria market. The Metro is very close and really the apartments are in a great central location to get around Barcelona.
The staff was responsive and very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt in #20.

The apartment was clean, kitchen, beds, bathroom, wifi, etc, were carefully maintained. Location is 5 minutes walking to both Sants train station and metro. The staffs were quite helpful when I requested for late check-out (from 11am to 12 noon).

On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

Breakfast (served until 11.30am) was an enormously varied buffet, with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, hot bacon, sausages, tomatoes, eggs and mushrooms. Lots of different breads, juices, teas and coffees. Great value and just what you need before a days sightseeing. Our room was small but well planned, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for shopping and getting into town to see all the sights. The balcony made our stay so much more enjoyable by allowing us to eat outside and enjoy the weather.
