The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

I traveled with my two adult children (21 & 22) and we had two
rooms. Location!!! Its on a quiet street just a few hundred yards from
La Ramblas. It was a beautiful hotel right in the center of everything.
The finishings were beautiful with a luxurious feel in the common areas
as well as in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were
quiet. Nice big towels and very nice large bath sheets. Out of the 5
hotels we stayed at in Spain, this was our favorite.

Apartment located in a very quiet residential area. Floor windows are beautiful. The location and modernity of the apartment is the best. The staff who took the management of the reserve was very welcoming and friendly. We prefer to take the subway to save time, although occasionally prefer to walk to know the area in which we were staying.
