  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.   Great location, the hotel was in the center, 15-20 min walk to Rambala in a good eria. Room facilities are great (clean and big room).   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we
