Numerous bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets can be found nearby.

Very close to Sagrada Familia (5 min), nice milk and vegetables stores nearby, supermarket in 1 block, friendly personnel, apartment according to photos, free wi-fi.
The flat was very clean, with great facilities and the location was perfect.
The apartment feels like home (this was my children's comment).
From the on set it look clean lathough different getting to the details.
Staff are good and very helpful but it would be nice for more than one English speaker on ground.
Once we got hang of the flat we were able to enjoy the holiday. όλα τα σχόλια »
Not really convenient shower - lots of water all around the floor and toilet. Clogged drain in the shower. Lots of staff is limited or do not exist like toilet paper, dishrag, garbage bag - and offered at an extra charge.
The surprise of how many fee they apply for you.
Its stated with $120 Eur for two days, at the end we ere paying $220 Eur.
Check in Fee, Cleaning Fee, Extra Weekend Fee, Tourist Fee and etc.
For a family of five, I think the apartment was a bit small, I think the single room should have slept two young adult.
In terms of cleaning before another family moves in I think the apartment should be throughly cleansed as wee had to completely sweep the flushs under beds.
A bit more instructions (English) as to what is what and how to get about might help tourit although its a bouns but will help a great deal. i.e. heater, cooling system.

Important information to guests
Check-in times are as follows:
- From 15.00 to 21.00. Sagrada Familia Design will contact the guests 3 days before arrival to arrange check-in and key collection.
- Please note that check-in between 21:00 to 23:00 20 € additional, and after 23:00 30 € more. If you do not arrive within half an hour of your agreed arrival time, you will be charged an additional EUR 15 per hour.
- Please note that there is an obligatory fee for cleaning and city taxes, detailed in the booking conditions.
- Please note that check-in is not possible between 21:00 and 09:00.
- Arrivals after 18.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 10.
- Arrival at the weekends and on bank holidays are subject to a surcharge of EUR 20.
- If you do not arrive within half an hour of your agreed arrival time, you will be charged an additional EUR 15 per hour.
- Check-out conditions: - Check-out must be done before 11:00. - If you want a member of staff to go to the apartment on the departure day for the check-out, there will be a surcharge of EUR 20
- Please note that for stays in July and August, a non-refundable security deposit of EUR 30 must be paid to guarantee the reservation.
- Please note that a refundable damage deposit of EUR 250 must be paid on arrival.
- Please note that if you wish to have the deposit refunded in cash at check-out, a staff member will deliver it at the apartment. This has a surcharge of EUR 15 from Monday to Friday, and EUR 25 on weekends and bank holidays.
- Please let Sagrada Familia Design know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
