Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fees are NOT included in the room rate and are payable directly at the BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office: Three-Bedroom Apartment – 110 EUR A refundable deposit of MUST be paid on arrival by credit card for: Three-Bedroom Apartment – 300 EUR Please note check-in during the following times incurs the following charges: After 22:30 – 30 EUR Between 01:00 – 02:00 is 50 EUR Check-in is not possible after 02:00. Please note that bed linen and towels are included. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Carrer Bailen 120, 08009 Barcelona. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
