Please note that check-in takes place at BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office, located at 120 Carrer Bailén and open from 11.00h until 22.00h, 7 days a week. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform BarcelonaForRent apartments in advance. Please note late check-in is subject to the following surcharges: - Check-in after 21.00 incurs a surcharge of EUR 30. - Check-in between 01.00 and 02.30 incurs a surcharge of EUR 50. - Check-in after 02.30 is not possible. The remaining balance of the reservation and mandatory cleaning fee must be paid by credit card or cash upon arrival. Please note that there is also a refundable deposit of EUR 250, to be paid upon arrival only by credit card.
