The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. It was a great hotel and very close to the bus stop. - The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Gran desayuno tambien. !Muchas gracias a todos en el Hotel

On arrival we were told that the hotel was fully booked but that they would upgrade us to a suite at no extra charge. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation it was fantastic. - Cleanliness

We chose this hotel since we needed easy access to the highways and had a car. The location was ideal and ease in taking the bus to the Seville. Typical Ibis hotel. The breakfast was a bit lacking though for an Ibis. -
Good value, clean, well priced, comfortable and everything you need without any frills. Near the airport, and city. Helpful staf

Great hotel to stay in.all facilities were great and very handy. We had
been traveling Spain for a couple of weeks and this was the first place
we could wash clothes. A truly great thing as we were desperate.this
hotel offered a quite location so we could relax after the heat and

A lovely, well designed and presented hotel. Great value for money but it is located quite some way from the city centre which suited us as we had our car with us and wanted to make sure it was parked somewhere secure (our car was broken into on a previous visit to the city). Room was confortable and the bed good. Breakfast was excellent.

καλό περιβάλλον και αρκετά φιλικό! - The professionalism of your staff, the cleanliness of both the public areas and my room. The value for money and convenience to the centre of town. - The cafeterria offered an excellent selection of food. A differentevening menu would have been nice.

Easy to find...entrance to carpark clearly signposted right next to hotel..allowed to leave car there even after checking out.....price good..staff friendly and attentive to detail...room very comfortable. - The staff were friendly, helpful. The room ready, comfortable. Parking facillities excellent- right under the hotel and reasonable priced.

The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Staff were great however, could not be faulted and atmosphere lovely, foo

Phenomenal converted palace, 52 individual rooms & suites. Five star
service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla.
Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful
history of Macarena or the old Jewish section. Highly recommended

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and professional. They offered information about the city, asked if I needed help with my bags and they informed me that there was a discount for using the parking garage because I stayed at the hotel and various other questions which made me feel very comfortable about staying at this hotel. - Great value f

Everything is perfect! - Good size room with comfortable easy chairs and twin wash basins. Attractive design of hotel. Good for free car parking.

The central location- the staff members- and the fact that our room looked over the square where so much was haappening but the room was very quiet when the doors were shut. - location and staff service. Parking garage
