  Very nice place to stay in a beautiful quiet area. Nice owners, very friendly and always willing to help you despite communication was limited as the owners speak limited English but we knew this upfront (other references of visitors)! Unfortunately the pool was a little bit cold at this time of the year so we did spend a lot of time in the nice garden. Gir - It's set in beautiful surroundings, peaceful and quiet. The owners/ staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly beyond believe, you are completely taken care of whatever you need and whenever, it's no problem ... with a big smile. Now we've been there twice and we are in love with the place. The kids had lots of space to play and many things to do while we could lounge and kick back. We'll definitely go there again.   The hotel is situated just across the river from the old town, and close to monuments, cultural facilities and shops. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast superb. The free mini-bar was a godsend as we arrived very late in the evening. We had an excellent lunch in the Blanc restaurant - and regretted hav... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ing gone into the old town to eat the previous night - The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were waiting for a package to be delivered and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make sure it arrived safely even offered to call the delivery company, without us even asking them for help. We were very impressed with them. The restaurant attached was very nice and really reasonably priced, we ate there both nights of our stay.

  All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, in particular Maja, who helped us when we needed to visit the local hospital. The room was lovely and the bed was huge! Everything we wanted to see in the old town was within walking distance. We had a very relaxing time walking around the narrow streets amongst the beautiful old build... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ings of Girona. There were plenty of different restaurants to eat in and we had some great food during our visit there. We really enjoyed our holiday - Everything! Location was unbeatable and contrary to many old town centres, the taxi could take us right to the door. The staff was helpful, all receptionists were like Concierges: they recommended sites, restaurants. The room had all the latest amenities and comforts but the bonus was beautiful decor in and out of room and wonderful smell everywhere. Will go back!
