  Very modern and clean rooms, professional staff, very nice spa area, decent food at the cafeteria. Make sure to use the shuttle service to and from the airport, even if you arrive by airport bus from Barcelona (call ahead). Taxis charge at least 10 Euros for the 2 Minute trip and walking is dangerous because of a big construction site on the way.   The hotel was central to the town,so everything was at hand. It genuinely didn't feel like a hotel. It felt very homely. The hotel itself has been in the family for over 100 years and the Manager (who speaks great English)and his wife are two of the most friendly,helpful hotel owners that I have come across.   The location, nestled in the historic district, very interesting, charming. The person at the front desk, when we finally arrived, very helpful. He even moved his car so we could park close to the hotel. Breakfast was good,liked having the fried eggs, in addition to the other offerings. Others had complained about the church bells but we had no problem and slept well in the comfortable beds.
