Extremely helpful when I left my credit card at Reception by mistake. They had kept it safe and even arranged to have it transferred to me at the airport by shuttle bus three days later when I came back to the airport for my return flight home - very impressed and appreciated. The beds were comfy ( we had a double and a pull down), room spacious enough and the shower was great. The breakfast was great- continental and a good selectiof cheese.meats and pastries etc. The staff were helpful and polite and the location was fine-the pensione was central to the Old town. I travelled with my 72 years old mum and my 18 year old daughter, and this met our needs!

We were waiting for a package to be delivered and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make sure it arrived safely even offered to call the delivery company, without us even asking them for help. We were very impressed with them. The restaurant attached was very nice and really reasonably priced, we ate there both nights of our stay.

charming. The person at the front desk, when we finally arrived, very
helpful. He even moved his car so we could park close to the hotel.
Breakfast was good,liked having the fried eggs, in addition to the other
