It's a great hotel if you have an early morning flight from Barcelona.

  - Very friendly well trained staff always willing to help - All the receptionists speaking multiple languages unlike the majority of people in Barcelona - The rooms were very clean. It was a holiday and every else the price was jacked up but the IBIS wasn't so it was great value for the money. Had 2 rooms and they put us right across from each other which was great.

  The apartments are basic but comfortable, modern building in a newly developed area opposite the Gran Via 2 Shopping centre (with huge Carrefour supermarket). Sandra the Receptionist was very kind and personable, and I was made to feel very welcome. TV with some English channels and good wifi, comfortable sofa to relax on.
