Stayed in Villa No 3. It was excellent. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Kitchen/Diner. Pool not too big but perfect for cooling down. BBQ area. The villa was perfect..close to the beach and only a 2 minute walk from the shops.Included at the villa were towels which were changed every two days by the cleaning staff,a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer basically if you needed it it was there.We were met by Beatriz on arrival ...She is so friendly and welcoming and was at the end of a phone if needed. Small to medium size complex, maintained to a very high standard. Total

Everything :) Nice peaceful, not for the serious party goer but just where you need to be when you want a bit of R & R.
Well equipped rooms, on-site shop. Air Con is additional to the price on letsbookhotel.com, at 5€ a day, worth it!
Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

Incredibley large room, excellent kitchen (we stayed half board and got an incredible selection of foods every day), they had programs every evening,. Excellent sea view, beach right across the hotel. - pool not heated but ok

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision. Location of hotel was perfect,

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. I asked for a downstairs apartment and that is what I got. I stayed with my two elderly parents and they loved it. If you need anything ask.... yes it is a bit dated and wouldn't recommend for people with young kids as the pool is more adult orientated. It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.

Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Our plane landed late at night
and they were waiting for us at the reception desk as agreed. They

Exceptionally clean, towels changed regularly, staff very helpful. Lovely view of kids pool to see our kids if we needed to pop inside for minute. No hassle getting sunbeds
