I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel.
Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value. Will certainly return. -
The apartment was very spacious
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and we felt at home straight away. Within walking distance to the Waterfront. Secure, underground parking. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was lovely. Very cosmopolitan feel to the setting.

The hotel building design and construction are beautiful.
The service and staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient.

The location is wonderful, and the relaxed atmosphere was perfect. The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast. The spa right next door is a bonus and a must visit if you're having a relaxing weekend. -

We were greeted personally by the owners and made extremely welcome. We were given information about our location and provided with a very good street map. We were also given good information on places to eat and interesting excursions. The owners were always available, in our all too short stay (2 nights). We have no complaints whatsoever and woul

Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. -

Very warm welcome from Venessa; she was a good host interested in her guests and very helpful.
Cook (I apolgise for forgoting her name) was lovely; new to the B&B kitchen her cooked breakfasts were great, not greasy, beautifully presented with fruit appetizer and a french press of coffee or tea.

You found the time to spend quality time with your guests, the little touches like the chokies, coffee, my bill results, working with me to get the payment done when there was a problem. Even though we were late arriving we were made very welcome .lloyd the proprieter introduced himself next morning and went out of his way to give us a hand drawn sightseeing map of interesting places to visit. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommendable place to stay.

We liked the rooms and location. It was spacious and modern.
If they could only build tennis court, squash court and have some other entertainment for the kids this hotel would be the best offering in Knysna. Lots of potential. I hope they take heed of my advice. -

The accommodation was excellent, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. We had complete privacy both inside and on the balcony, which had wonderful views of the lagoon. The owner and staff were helpful, efficient and pleasant. The breakfast was most enjoyable. -

To put my stay in context, I normally stay in 5 star hotels and have travelled extensively.
The stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations, the location is great, the place beautiful. Helen and her mother were perfect hosts and I can’t rate this place high enough. It is thoroughly recommended. - Amanzi was absolutely beautiful and the staff
