I like very much the room, the bar and the terase, location, the staff.
Probably the best hotel in Sandton. Location excellent. Internet free,

Stayed at this hotel for two days with my husband and baby. We arrived very early for check-in, and our room was not ready. We anticipated this, and just wanted to drop our bags off in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but I can asure you that everything we experienced from check-in upto departure was just perfect. Just a pity we did not get to play golf though, but our time was limited. We will definately return again!!!

Amazingly friendly hosts who catered to our every need - including treating us like friends giving us lifts everywhere and the most delicious breakfasts including fresh scones and croissants. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Both the bar and the room service is very good. But the best thing about this hotel is because of the team that is very helpful and proactive. My wife and I just got married and when we returned from a walk, the manager Bettina had left the room filled with rose petals, chocolates and bath items. We love it!

We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika.
It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it.

The water meter had been stollen so we were without water for a good part of a day. The staff made sure we had water and hot water whenever we needed it.
Wonderful breakfasts. Nice location in Johannesburg. Would stay again for sure.

Excellent location. Very welcoming staff. Value for money comparatively. - Room was comfortable - bed was good for a refreshing sleep. Generally, the room fixtures and facilities were in good order. The Brightwater Commons offered a good range of restaurants and facilities which were within 5 minutes walking distance in a secure environment.

I very much enjoyed the professionalism of staff, the nothing is too much trouble attitude was found from check in through the whole experience.
I appreciated the quality of food (breakfast menu was first rate).

I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water.
Put simply, a hotel in a class of its own.
