A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. The staff are simply wonderful; they had exceptional attention to detail in their service and at the same tome are genuinely caring. What’s more, the location is ideal. From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton. We had breakfast in the beautiful garden and dinner at a local restaur

Very nice place. I enjoyed my stay there. The owners are really nice people, great staff, yummy breakfast, very comforatble rooms, nice environment with nice collection of antiques. I got free rides to nearby places from the hotel management.
Overall it's a great place. I would recommend Northcliff Manor GH to anyone anyday.

The staff- friendly and helpful from the outset-even before you enter the doors of the hotel.
The rooms were luxurious, tastefully furnished and very clean. The location was very convenient for shopping. All in all, a marvellous experience.

Everything has been said before, no need to repeat it all again. It was a pleasure to stay, with everybody doing their all to make our stay as enjoyable and as seamless as possible, especially the managers Danny and Dimitri. A few things to note, breakfast IS included in the price, not immediately obvious on the website. Also, WIFI was being extended to all rooms as I left, it just gets better and better:-) Please ask for Danny's express check-out service when leaving. Highly Recommended..!!

We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika.
It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it.

Very clean and comfortable and over- the-top spacious. Everything a family would need for an extended stay (except a wine corkscrew). Great breakfast. Easy cheap shuttle to airport. Good price, facilities and location. Obliging staff.
