sophisticated and friendly. Wonderful location. beautiful room and setting. delicious breakfasts. excellent value - The quiet surrounding garden, the rooms were all different and unique, you could come and go with no hassle, and the breakfast was superb.

Highly recommended!
Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home.

Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony.
Complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, beer and wine.
Confortable bed and clean room.
Burt is very friendly and giving lot of advices on things to do.

Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

It is easily accessible by car to Table Mtn., the V&A waterfront, and all the highways-40 minutes to Stellenbosch, half that to Cape Town International Airport; walking distance to the Community Gardens and 40+ restaurants. Rick's Cafe is 100 meters, with fabulous Moroccan food, ambiance, and great prices(compared to the States). Returning to our courtyard bedroom was like an oasis in the desert. Absolutely beautiful accommodations with a garden and a pool overlooking camps bay. We were very sad to leave this gem and would have loved to stay longer. Alice, the host was absolutely the best. Service was great! We stayed in the greenroom which, to our opinion was a nice and quiet room. Nice views from the pool area. Comfortable babycot was present for our baby and you could walk straight into the garden from our room.

The staff were great, just couldn't do enough for you and the hotel
itself is a great mix of the old original house and newly built annex
with lots of facilities, including a bar, jaccuzzi (if the weather
allows), good size pool etc.Breakfast is also of a high standard with an
excellent continental selection as well as choice of hot options. The
breakfast room is a lovely location with comfortable chairs and soothing
background music being played, all getting the day off to a great start.

i love the warmth of the owner and staffs, they care so much about what you need. the apartment is extremely clean and have complete facilities. can't get better location! this apartment is located in quiet nice place. it is not in the middle of central busy city but it takes you only few minutes to go to any best places in capetown. -
