The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries. Terrific breakfast - no extra cost for the young kids. - Everything was great. The front office staff were very helpful. It wasbetter than many other 5 star hotels that I stay at.

The location of the hotel is perfect on the danube of the river. You can walk via small bridge and find a dozen of nice open air cafes and restaurants.
There is a stop for the river-cruise-boat whichgoes to the Marina Bay. -

Location on the river so handy to use the bum boats (water taxi) to get to many areas in the city . Central location . Live music at dinner and in the bar at night. Good variety of food. Spacious rooms good value.

The Gallery hotel is situated in a great locations, great places to eat and easy to get around. Staff were fantastic and facilities are great, great hotel. - comfortable and convenient to get around.

proximity to public transport, tourist attractions and riverside walks/restaurants, room had big windows with river views, decore, full breakfast, helpful staff at reception. - everything - very clean, value for money, definitely! Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of western and
asian dishes - you can even order how your eggs are cooked. Hotel staff
was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

We stayed here 3 nights. It's 10 minutes walking from the MRstation 'Clarke Quay', but they are building a closer station. Our room was not so spacious, but clean. First, location is very central to all activities of day and night.
Walking distance to the river night life and teh underground (mrt) .
Second, acted as a **** hotel should and more: I stayed for one night to
catch a particularly late flight but got hold of the hotel for almost 2
nights; late check-out at 2 P.M. , luggage stored, complimentary shower
after my city tour (from 4-8 P.M.) then headed to airport by the nearby
mrt. 9 P.M. check-out would have cost me 2 nights. Thank you Parks !

The hotel is great! It is situated on a small hill, which is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, it is nearby to the MRT station and some very nice food stalls. - The staff are all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are a little small but very well equipped and clean. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I made a single local phone call from my room , again to check about my visa and your staff didn't charge me, very kind.

We stayed in this hotel because it was only 20S$ more expensive than the backpacker hotel we stayed first.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and we even had a window!
The pool is very nice, although the view is nothing special.
Our flight was late at night and we could store our luggage and they even offered us to take a shower before we left for the airport! This is a great service that I have not yet experienced.

I've stayed at Swissotel Merchant court a few times before this and still think its one of the best hotels. Very convenient for everything, especially Chinatown which we loved. 5 mins walk to the metro- perfect with children - Proximity to river and China town good. Staff very helpful and was offered an upgrade. Chose the hotel as I had stayed at the other Furama before and was very impressed by it.
