All staffs are very kind and respond to my requests quickly with warm hospitality. They just welcomed me anytime I passed reception area. -

We loved this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the MRT, bus routes and Clarke Quay. Although the room was small, it was clean. Great great Staff! Very helpful and polite.
I was asking for an adress, a young Singaporian Lady at the front desk googled the adress and handed me a printed map of how to get there from the hotel!
I will never forget this act of kindness!

Very convenient for everything, especially Chinatown which we loved. 5 mins walk to the metro- perfect with children - Proximity to river and China town good. Staff very helpful and was offered an upgrade. Chose the hotel as I had stayed at the other Furama before and was very impressed by it.

I like about the friendliness of the staff. They are all very polite and helpful. I have a very nice double room with a small area of dinning. Close to china town and easy to grab a taxi at anytime of the day. Clubs around the corner during the weekend and very quiet. I would definitely come back on my next trip

I experienced a high standard of customer service from every member of the Scarlet team which I came into contact with. The hotel itself has a great ambience and the location is very convenient for dining, entertainment and transport. - I'll never forget this hotel!

The hotel was excellent for the money. My room was clean, spacious and
nicely decorated.The staff was very kind and warm. The location was also
awesome but what impressed me the most was the attention to little
details. For example; I didn't need to call the reception to get a

We stayed in this hotel because it was only 20S$ more expensive than the backpacker hotel we stayed first.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big and we even had a window!
The pool is very nice, although the view is nothing special.
Our flight was late at night and we could store our luggage and they even offered us to take a shower before we left for the airport! This is a great service that I have not yet experienced.

apartments! Firstly they are in an excellent location short walk to
clarke quay, china town, train stations and plenty of dining options. It
is very central with a very short train ride to sentosa and orchid rd.

The moment we arrived the staff where so friendly and helpful and this
continued through until the day we left. Special thanks to Ace Tan and
Lee Lay Ying for surprising my Mum on her birthday with a lovely basket
of flowers and not forgetting the Breakfast Staff especially Jun who my
Mum enjoyed chatting to in Malay...very pleasant team of staff
throughout. The Apartment and facilities where excellent and the
poolside and gym very relaxing. The location was excellent central to

The situation of the hotel close to Chinatown and the old Chinese street is excellent, easy to reach all central points of Singapore. The hotel is charming. - was upgraded for free to a much biger room.Discos in st.were bit noisy at night but did not keep me awake.

Friendly, attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely heritage building - so much nicer than staying in some impersonal international high-rise. Location in China town with plenty of great eating places (try the amazing Moojaa down the road). Close to a station with easy access to all parts of the city. Nice extra touches such

We liked everything,,we are quite tall and e wn though the rooms are small the bed was very comfortable and roomy. We loved the small courtyard off our room, all the amenities were there our room was serviced everyday and everything was spotless, staff were very welcoming, and it was so closeto the MRT and within easy walking distance to Chinatown, bars and Restaurants in the area. We would stay there again and recommend to our friends.
