  the room was perfectly sized for one and very clean. My needs were few, as I was just cuing up for an early morning departure.   The staff and the service and attention to detail was outstanding. The Villa is an oasis in the middle of a busy part of Zemun. Located a few hundred metres from the Dunav, close to the best that Zemun has to offer in terms of food, you could not do better for a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a gem of a place. This was our second sta... τι λέει ο κόσμος » y at Akacija and for good reason, when in Zemun it is the place to stay. - The ladies who run this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful- they showed me how to get around the local area and couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are very luxurious and there is big attention to detail (sewing kits, toiletries etc). Belgrade is a 15min bus ride away and there are also buses to Novi Sad All in all, i throughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to go back again!
