Place is very close to the Holy Mosque (Haram). You can offer five daily prayers easily . Staff is so friendly but lack of cooperation. may be there is a language barrier. most of them they speak Arabic, but over all they are curtacious and try to help the guests. Everything is excellent, it is a big flat with two very clean bathroom, kitchen, hall, living room include big sofa, dinner table...TV...etc. everything is very clean, comfortable and nice. it is almost inside Haram fence.

So they managed to do a new booking at same price. It could have been a very irritating if rooms were not available. Spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen with culinary & cutlery provided. For a family of five, laundry is not a problem with the washing machine which is in excellent condition. Super location, right next to Masjid Nabvi. Good elevators. After upgrade suite with bigger living room. Cleaning boys were always response quickly. And friendly. 1- The hotel was very near for the holy masjed. 2- Near to women door of the holy masjed. 3- The apartment was suitable for the family. Directly in front of al-Haram. Very large suite. Excellent facilities (washing machine, kitchen etc.) Staff response time was ok. near to Mosque. staff was friendly. park your car inside the mosque parking. as no parking was available in the hotel. Place was so big like one Bed room Apartment, Big living room, with dining table, huge kitchen. Laundry machine and all the utensils, when you go for a religious trip for worship you do not need all these luxary. It would have been much better if you include meal so vsitors/ worshippers can spend their time in worship and prayers rather than running around to find the meals. Nothing, everything is nice. Ensure all items in room are workable. Better Receptionist response. Not flexible in checkout time. Lack of English spoken Some maintenance of flooring tiles needed doing (kept tripping on raised tiles). carpet and furniture were old but this price fair enough. Approach to hotel is from behind.there was water leakage in toilet.break fast should have been included in the price. 1. Charge for wifi (should be free) 2. Kitchen should have basic things to start the day (for example, few tea bags/coffee, milk, sugar, salt, washing liquid). Without these basics people arriving after midnight will not be able to make even a cup of tea!. - Dirty carpets, bad for children and can trigger allergies in adults too - No food served at the hotel - Bell boys are over burdened especially during peak checkouts (like Fridays) and that causes long waits to shift the luggage in and out of the hotel. 1. there should be the option of English as well when calling from outside to your hotel telephone number. 2. must have at least some water bottles available at your apartments. The room was not initially as per reservation. However, this had been handled satisfactorily by hotel management. No free internet. A bit little smell while entered the room, but later you get accustomed to. No kitchen in the hotel, although everything is available in the compound. no facilites for transportation no recomended list for restaurants , shopping. They should arrange breakfast system. Good. Reception facility. Price was a bit high. A microwave in the kitchen would be great. no restaurants. Few tv chanels /Noise. No directions in corridoors. Not very clean rooms. No Breakfast & Acs cooling in rooms.... The lighting inside the hotel was horrible. Bathroom had very weak lights to see in the mirror. Isn't clean enough. Beds not comfortable at all. Sise of rooms (2 bedroom apartment) Was small. Price Parking fees Cleaning. Reception staff was not helpful at all. Probably didn't know what customer relations meant. Non-cooperative Staff as we requested for extended check-out by Asr prayers i.e. 4:30pm as our flight was in the evening. The reception staff did not allow us deppite that fact that the occupancey was low. Also since the hotel has been there for years, the bathrooms etc require some repair works. even the cleanliness of these old bathrooms was not there. The safe in the room is not attached to the cupboard (free to handle and run away) No late check out No safe place to put luggage while waiting to leave the hotel after check out. no breakfast rooms facilities. Price. The check-in staff was not that friendly... The 50 riyals fee to park is a joke when it only costs 1 riyal per hour to park under the mosque (look for section 9 or 10 as it's right in front of the hotel)... The hotel room itself while spacious was in very poor condition... You REALLY are only paying for the location and the view... This hotel needs total renovation, furniture is very old and cheap. It is mentioned that this hotel is five star hotel but it does not worth 3 star hotel. It seems that it was a resedital building turned into a furnished apartment hotel, so it miss a lot of standards. The prices is very high regarding the quality given. Although the staff at the reception were very helpful. Smelly carpet. Some of the tvs not working properly - no remote etc. Toilet flush not working properly - got stuck (overflow). Hot water was not as it should be - vice versa (hot water in cold line), Reception staff not friendly, did not say anything wether the check-in process was done or not. When we're about to leave the asked us to wait - poor communication skills. The bell boy was helpful though. The Reception staff at our arrival were not friendly with customers, and were talking nervously with each other. The oven and the washing machine was not working and we had to go down to the Reception to report it and get someone to fix it The Reception staff never answered the phone. We asked for house keeping and we had to call more than 5 times to get our request attended. There was no parking space available and we had to park our car far away Wi Fi with charge. I stayed at Taiba three years ago and was shocked to see the negative changes. It has become filthy and very low standard . I reserved for five nights but could only stand one night only because I was obliged to pay. Service and staff are not satisfying. Staff is very rude. The room that I book was not available they offer another room demanding extra charges. No cleaning, no service, Bad smil in Bathroom. Poor housekeeping, no one turns up despite numerous calls. Security at the parking lot are rude and do not help expats! It's discriminatory behavior. Bellboy didn't help loading the luggage in the car! A very lousy management. Poor furniture Carpet not clean Internet too expensive There is no duty manager Staff they dont have authority to solve problem There is no hot water in master bedroom toilet Parking not free. Wasnt clean , alo of dust on the windios frames , wc need miantinance Actully didnt meet the standrad i was expecting comparning to the price. Not that clean Require renovations Space of bedroom too small. 1) comfort was bad 2) No partings which is minor 3) It's not clean as it should be.
